Lauren was born in Chicago, on January 2nd, 1987. She first started her career by doing some modeling around her teen years. Lauren also appeared in many commercials, and theater productions. Her big break came when she attended an International Modeling and Talent Agency event in New York and came away with 11 first-place finishes.

To pursue her career she decided to move to California. Where she then got guest starring roles in Grounded For Life, 7th Heaven, CSI: Miami, Joan of Arcadia, 24 and Still Standing.

Her first major role came to her when Discovery Kids asked her to audition for their upcoming new show Flight 29 Down, and she then got the role of Taylor.

She graduated at age 16 from the Excelsior School of Los Angeles.

Lauren lives in the Los Angeles area with her parents.

Lauren exercises once a day in the morning for about 45 minutes to an hour. Having to be in a bikini for "Flight 29 Down" every day helped with her motivation.

Lauren had the easiest time adapting to Hawaiian life. Her grandparents own a cabin on the Big Island, and Lauren has visited the Hawaiian Islands regularly for years.
